Our activities
Health to Life organizes programs and offers resources and skill-building opportunities to address health disparities among vulnerable women and adolescents. Our programs are intentionally designed to foster a sense of community, recognizing that humans are inherently social beings. By creating spaces for those we serve to come together, Health to Life enables individuals to identify their strengths, support one another, and work collectively to address personal and family needs, ultimately enhancing quality of life.

Education workshops
These sessions will offer practical skills essential for a healthy life, focusing on three key areas: sexual health education, college preparation, and social skills for success in higher education.
Community building
These sessions will provide safe spaces for moms seeking additional social support, along with activities to foster social connections and friendships.

Advocacy-promoting workshops
These sessions will equip ethnic minorities with culturally relevant education, tools and skills needed to function effectively within the society and address health disparities.
